- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR MISFITTING NAILS. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO ORDER A SIZE KIT IN THE STYLE YOU'D LIKE, FOR THE IDEAL FIT.
- What shipping carrier do you use? USPS shipping. *Tracking number is provided.
- What kind of nails do you use? Made of ABS (salon quality)
- What comes with my order? Each nail order includes a NAIL PREP KIT containing one nail glue, one nail file block, one orange wood cuticle stick, and alcohol pads.
- Is regular nail polish being used? NO! All nails are polished with CRUELTY FREE UV/LED GEL nail polish.
- How are you creating designs? All nails are HAND PAINTED using various materials including but not limited to non-toxic acrylic paints, holographic powder, various glitters, striping tapes, glass nail rhinestones, etc.
- Do you create custom nail designs? SURE! If you have something in mind, E-mail me with your ideas! I am happy to chat about it!
- What do you mean by "made to order?" When an order is placed, I get started on making your set(s)
- How many nails will I receive with my order? Nail sets include 10 nails. Toe nail sets have 24 toe nails.
- How long do the nails last? Nail prep IS EVERYTHING and results in the best longevity of your set.
Expected wear time VARIES depending on lifestyle and application method used. Nail glue can have a wear time of 1-2 weeks!
Nail adhesive tabs are suggested for only temporary wear, such as 1 day/night, or for special event purposes. I.E.(holiday party, night out etc) - Are the sizes for each nail style the same? NO. SIZES VARY BETWEEN DIFFERENT NAIL STYLES. (I.E If you normally fit a number 5 on your Pointer finger in Square, it may differ in Almond, XL Coffin, or Ballerina)
- Are nails REUSABLE? Yes! Nails are absolutely reusable and can be re-worn if no damage is incurred during removal process. (Recommended removal method is soaking off with hot soapy/oily* Like baby oil, olive oil, etc water. It helps loosen glue.)
- HOW TO REMOVE PRESS-ON NAILS
- Place cuticle oil around nail beds, *oiling the underside of the press-on nails can help too. If nails are lifting, you can pour cuticle oil underneath as well.
- Soak nails in warm, soapy, oily water. (You can use dish soap, or a body wash as well as any cuticle oil)
- Soak nails (10-15 minutes) or until nails begin to loosen. Use orange wood cuticle stick to help loosen underneath press-on nail. DO NOT PRY NAILS OFF. This can lead to damaging your natural nails. If press-on nails are not loose, soak longer.
- Acetone soaking method can be used however, nails will NOT be reusable this way.
